We usually stay in hotels and motels, but this was a great place to stay! Positive: I contacted the property manager and we were able to get into our unit earlier than scheduled. The house was right in the center of town. The pictures representing the apartment were exactly as shown. GREAT PLACE! Negative: There is a coin operated washer and drier on property, but the coin exchange machine was out of order. No big deal. Great place to stay.

Excellent place to stay in Dunedin. Positive: A lovely, comfortable apartment in a beautiful location. The balcony was our favourite place to sit, mornings and evenings. It's in a quiet spot with the Marina and many shops, bars and restaurants all in walking distance. You will need a car to visit supermarkets though. We loved it here so much that we extended our stay. Great communication from the host too. Negative: Nothing not to like!

One of the best get aways ever! Positive: Everything! Comfortable and cozy and very clean. Perfect amount of room for 4 of us. We were surprised with a lovely gift basket. Location is perfect!!!! Negative: Not a thing!

Perfect location, once you park your car, you can walk to the many shops, restaurants and breweries. Small place, but p Positive: Perfect location , place was very clean . Nice welcome basket. Negative: Shower, head way to high, very small . Couches were uncomfortable.
