Good Positive: -Very good location and clean house. -We had the first floor unit and enjoyed the porch. -Excellent renovation of an old house -Very thoughtful amenities included snacks, water, juice and beer in the fridge. -Kitchen utilities were all there. -Comfortable beds. Negative: -The showers were small, approximately 3 ft x 3 ft. The space was not an issue however the shower heads used were. It was a bad choice or an oversight for such a small space. -The shower heads used were not made/designed for small showers, they were for standard size showers or bath tubs, hence the water jet from the shower hit the opposite wall, not you as you stand in the middle of the shower. -In order for us to get some water on the head or body we had to stand flat against the wall either with back touching the wall or face against the wall. Not a pleasant situation. A simple and economical solution would be a shower head designed for small shower space such as a ceiling mount or an adjustable shower arm which would direct the water jet to the middle of the shower space where our head/body would be. Since this was not something our hosts could have accommodated during our stay, we did not mention it to our hosts. However we do hope that this is a positive input.

Very comfortable and so centrally located - the apartment had many amenities and I will be back!

Charming historic home beautifully landscaped. Interior provides a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Everything you need to enjoy the local parks and beaches provided. In the heart of Downtown, easy access to fantastic restaurants and breweries. I will definitely be returning.

We usually stay in hotels and motels, but this was a great place to stay! Positive: I contacted the property manager and we were able to get into our unit earlier than scheduled. The house was right in the center of town. The pictures representing the apartment were exactly as shown. GREAT PLACE! Negative: There is a coin operated washer and drier on property, but the coin exchange machine was out of order. No big deal. Great place to stay.
