Quaint, comfortable & aesthetically pleasing stay in charming downtown Dunedin. Positive: The location was in the downtown Dunedin area and you could walk to everything in minutes. It was also nestled just far enough from the weekend music and bustle as to feel quiet and relaxing. Things calmed down by 10 pm and evening walks were a delightful end to the day. We didn’t hear the other guests from our very quaint 3rd floor unit. The owners responded very quickly when the humidity hindered the door from unlocking -just needed to be pushed in a bit. Also, took a one day watercolor class at the Dunedin Fine Arts Center. Loved the whole experience! Negative: Not for tall people or people who might have difficulty with stairs. For us, the third floor was perfect.
